Cancellation Policy
I require a 24-48 hour notice for cancellations, appointments cancelled within the 24 hour window will be charged a $25 fee, or deposit is non refundable. Cancellations inside the 24hr window and no-shows will be charged a $25 fee,or up to 50% of scheduled services. ALL clients are required to pay a non-refundable deposit or have an active credit/ debit card on file in case of any last minute cancellations — deposits MUST be paid 48 hours before scheduled appointment, all information is confidential and you will not be charged unless told.
